Hey everyone,
It’s already mid-May, and I know I’ve been a little quiet since my original target release of the Elements: Spellbound demo in late April. I want to start by saying thank you to everyone who’s been following along and showing support — it means a lot.

As a solo indie developer, game development is a passion project I pursue alongside my full-time job. Balancing both worlds has been incredibly fulfilling, but also challenging when it comes to timelines. While I initially aimed for an April demo release, I realized I needed a bit more time to bring the game to the level of quality I want you to experience.

Here’s a quick recap of what the playable demo includes so far:

  • All 6 elemental types are active
  • 10 spell combinations to discover
  • 10 Waves of combat, ending in a boss encounter
  • Roguelite-style upgrade system during game play
  • Updated visuals, improved UI, and refined mechanics

The demo is in its final testing stages, and I’ll be posting a confirmed release date soon. Expect something playable very soon — and I’ll make sure to shout about it when it’s ready!

In the meantime, feel free to check out the new Elements: Spellbound itch.io page

Thanks again for sticking with me — your support keeps this project alive!
