Hey, it’s been almost a month since my last devlog. There has been a lot of events that happened between these posts:

  1. Unfortunately, I caught the flu on the 3rd week of July. (And, no, it’s not COVID!)
  2. I celebrated my birthday on the last week of July. (Cheers!)

I was supposed to post an update since then but I couldn’t work on anything, after I took a leave off work, I had more stuff to do when I got back. However, I could mark a teeny tiny progress off my to-do board.

So, here’s what I made for the past week:

I made new sprites, I had to remove the purple ball and try to create a real projectile. So, I had to draw again. Below the images, you can see a demo of what I’ve done. The projectiles are hitting the slimes, and of course, they die. I’ve updated the element selection panel, and below it should display what element you have selected.

So far, those are off my list. Some things needs fixing too, such as adding cooldown to the spells, and elements. Still a lot more to go, especially creating the spells and their unique effects.
